There are many new programs being created all the time.However, one thing has not changed: The craze of television.However, OTT presents a unique challenge.It still caters for many people around the globe.

We spoke with Bhumika Chawla (‘Seetimaarr’ actress) about the past of TV, the shows she loves and the changes in the programming.

The television allows us to see more, and sometimes even more.

When TV was first introduced, I was very little.She recalled that it was the one with doors.

Bhumika isn’t one of those people who spends hours watching TV.But, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ with Amitabh Chan is one program she never misses.

I hardly ever watch television now.”If I watch TV, it’s KBC,” stated the actress from ‘Tere Nas’.

Her father used to watch ‘Chitrahaar, Ramayan, & ‘Mahabharat,’ as well as DD News with her.Sundays were movie night.She spoke about her childhood, saying that there were serials like “Udaan” and animated cartoons like “Spider-Man”.

It’s no fun, she feels.It distracts from the bonding of families, rather than binding them.She also suggested that Indian news channels could be subtler and more real.
