Los Angeles, Aug 7 : Not everyone can receive the poem written by ‘True Detectives actor Woody Harrelson in their name.It is interesting to note that a child named Cora has been able to do the same.Woody Harrelson penned a hilarious poem for Cora who is actually his doppelganger, according to Newsweek.Harrelson shared ‘Ode to Cora” on Instagram where it has received over 238,000 followers as well as thousands of comments from enthralled internet users.
He wrote: “Ode to Cora.You’re a sweet child.I am humbled to be compared with.You have a beautiful smile.I would love to have hair like yours.”
According to Newsweek the article claims that the poem was composed in the wake of a viral tweet from Cora’s mother, Dani Grier Mulvenna (@DanielleKGrier).The tweet which was posted in the last few days, Mulvenna shared side-by-side photos of Cora and the Zombieland actor, both sporting big, open-mouthed smiles.
“OK But what makes our daughter look like Woody Harrelson?” she joked.The tweet has garnered more than 487,000 views and attracted the attention of the “Now You See Me” actor, who took a photo of the tweet and posted the post on Instagram.
Newsweek further declares that in the aftermath, a giddy Mulvenna said: “You’ve made our day.I can’t wait to show her the world when she’s older.you’ve got a new admirer for life.”
She later took a photo of the actor’s tweet and posted the post on Twitter.”It’s not every day that Woody Harrelson writes your daughter poetry,” she wrote.
