Why do women live more years than men

India, Australia, USA, France or UK, go to any corner of the world, the life expectancy rate is always high for women when compared to men.If we take USA, the life expectancy rate of women is 81 and for men, its 76.

Even in India, women are expected to live one or two years more than men.So, its apparent, women live longer life than men.But do you know why? * Woman have a pair of X chromosomes.In other words, women have a pair of genes.

If one gets damaged, because of aged cells, the other X chromosome works as backup.But, its not the same for men since they have one X and one Y chromosome.

While women do have testosterone in them, its minimal and very low.So, they have a calm approach in life.* Cardiovascular disease rate is heavily low in women when compared to men.This happens due to emotional imbalances between the genders.* Estrogen is most important female hormone which contains antioxidants in plenty.

So, women cells respond more quickly and effectively during cure.That is why women have more healing power.* Estrogen also reduces bad cholesterol, which also reduces the risk of heart diseases for women.

The presence of Estrogen also delays Alzheimers in women.* Its simple.

Women dont smoke as much as men do.Women dont drink as much as men do.Arent these two reasons enough to say why women live longer than men ?.
