Whoopi Goldberg was in an elevator and engaged in a “fart war” with Robin Williams, Billy Crystal

Los Angeles, Aug 9 : Hollywood actress Whoopi Goldberg was once in an elevator "fart war" with late star Robin Williams and actor Billy Crystal, according to her granddaughter.

The story involved Williams who died in 2014 at the age of 65, as did his co-star in the film Fathers day at who was 74 "(She), Robin Williams and Billy Crystal (were) standing in an elevator and Robin Williams was just farting his life away," Dean explained "I believe they were Dutch-ovening one another and taking pleasure in the ambience of the snorts." She said that Goldberg whos real name is Caryn Johnson, was given her stage name due to the fact that "she loves to spit." Dean said: "Whoopee cushions, farts.Thats the way Caryn Johnson turned into Whoopi Goldberg.

" The EGOT winner has previously acknowledged the gassy origins to her name in an interview on the "Graham Norton Show interview "The theaters I worked in were tiny that they did not have plenty of backstage space which meant that when you were feeling gassy, you needed to (fart) all the way through," Goldberg said at the time "People would say, "You are like a cushion.So thats what I was."
