Kolkata, November 14, : .Despite the fact that the BJP has repeatedly demanded central forces in West Bengal’s civic polls, the State Election Commission has decided, after meeting with the government, to conduct the polls only with state forces and has requested Acting DGP Manoj Malviya submit a detailed plan for security arrangements within seven working days.
