Wankhede plea: Bombay HC refusing to ‘gag’ or ‘disbelieve Nawab Malik

Mumbai, November 22, : The Bombay High Court made a striking observation Monday, stating that Maharashtra minister Nawab Maliks allegations against Narcotics Control Bureau Zonal Director Sameer Wakhede and his families cannot be called totally falsified as it refused to issue any restraining orders against Malik.
