Mumbai, November 22, : , The Bombay High Court made a striking observation Monday, stating that Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik’s allegations against Narcotics Control Bureau Zonal Director Sameer Wakhede and his families cannot be called ‘totally falsified’ as it refused to issue any restraining orders against Malik. Justice Madhav Jamdar said, “At the prima facie stage it cannot be said, that the allegations (levelled) by Malik are completely false.” He refused to grant Dnyandev Wankhede’s plea to block the Nationalist Congress Party leader posting defamatory material about the family on social networks.
“Satyameva Jayate.”The fight against wrongdoings is going to continuea,” Malik said in a tweet, from Dubai about the first development in Wankhede senior’s defamation case against him of Rs 1.25 Crore.
