Virat Kohli, Anushka buy 8-acre farmhouse in Alibaug

Mumbai 2 September : Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli are now proprietors of an eight-acre farm in the posh Alibaug region near MumbaiThe farmhouse is spread across 8 acres of land located near Zirad which is a village in Alibaug The couple, as per the media, have paid nearly the sum of 19.

24 crore to purchase the property.The report, which was published in ETimes the newspaper, reveals that the couple paid an amount of the sum of Rs 1.15 crore to the Treasury of the Government.Virats brother Vikas Kohli, has completed the transaction one day prior to Ganesh Chaturthi.

The cricketer is currently in Dubai taking part for Team India in the Asia Cup.The deal was overseen by an established real estate company called Samira Habitats.Anushka and Virat had visited the site and had a look about six months back.

Due to his busy schedule, Virat could not come to Alibaug and seal the deal.Along with film actors, businessmen as well as cricketers are purchasing land and construction of houses in the country in the picturesque surrounding of Alibaug.

Former cricketer, national coach , and commentator Ravi Shastri, too, was the owner of a house in Alibaug around a decade in the past.aa/sr.
