It is a known news that mega hero Varun Tej is currently working for his sport-based movie titled ‘Ghani’ in which he is playing the role of a boxer.The film is being directed by debut director Kiran Korrapati and produced by Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby and under Renaissance Pictures banner in association with Allu Bobby Company while senior producer Allu Aravind is presenting this film. The movie has been facing shooting problems since its launch because of the COVID-19 pandemic.It was originally planned for July 2020 release but it has not yet completed the shooting portion due to lockdown last year.
Now the latest news is that the film’s shooting has halted again with the ongoing second wave of the coronavirus.
Varun Tej himself confirmed the same by sharing a picture on his Twitter and said, “Gloves off, will resume Ghani shoot soon!”.
The picture shows him in action, boxing rigorously.Saiee Manjrekar is playing the female lead in ‘Ghani’ while Kannada star Upendra will be seen in an important character.
The film also has JagapathiBabu, Suniel Shetty, Naveen Chandra, and others in the supporting roles. S.Thaman is composing the music of the film.
