USA, Chile and Malaysia team in Bhubaneswar at FIH Jr Hockey WC

The FIH ODH Hockey Mens Senior World Cup Bhubaneswar 2021 will begin on November 24, and conclude hereThe USA and Chile teams arrived here Thursday night, while the Malaysian team arrived Wednesday night.

The USA will be fighting for their place in the Group Stages, as they are in Pool C with Spain, Korea and Spain.We had a camp at California.

We had an intensive training camp in California, lasting around 10 days."We were training as a team so were ready to go," stated Pat Harris, USA head coach.

Harris expressed excitement at being able to play in the Kalinga Stadium.Many of them will be experiencing this first-ever hockey environment .India is a country with strong hockey traditions and a large hockey arena.The boys are sure to enjoy the experience of playing in this hockey arena.

Chiles captain Nicolas Abujatum spoke out about their preparations.The Pan-American Championship was an important part of our preparations.We continued to train with our team for the World Cup.He said that the team was excited to be playing at Kalinga Stadium as many of them have never played in this great venue.Our team is excited to be playing at Kalinga Stadium, as its a well-respected and large stadium.

Wallace Tan, Malaysias head coach, stated that many big tournaments were held there and that legends played here."It will be an honor to play here," he said.
