US Fed Chief: It is appropriate to consider ending taper a few more months earlier

Washington, December 1, 2008 : Jerome Powell, Chairman of the US Federal Reserve, has stated that it is appropriate to reconsider ending the taper of asset purchases by the central bank "a few more months" in light inflation pressures.
