Superstar Mahesh Babus prestigious bilingual project has already become the talk of south film industry even in the mid way of production.

The collaboration of Mahesh Babu and AR Murugadoss is fetching crores of money without any first look poster or any glimpse of the film.

The film is all set to break few to several records of pre release business.Flip side, discussing about satellite rights, it is proving out to be a huge money spinner for the producers.

Reportedly, the present proposed deal for TV rights of Mahesh 23 is near to 30cr.Need not pinch, an early morning shocker this is.Although the entire details arent disclosed yet, most probably the deal would include Telugu + Tamil + Hindi satellite rights jointly.In any sense, this is really huge and one of the biggest you have ever heard for a South film.

In other news, the unit has just completed a major schedule in Chennai.At present Murugadoss is in Ahmadabad searching for suitable locations for another schedule.

The film would be readied for a massive release in April 2017.
