UN chief condemns terrorist attack on UN-affiliated convoy, Somalia

United Nations, Nov 27, : UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres strongly condemned Thursdays terrorist attack on a UN-affiliated convoy, in front of a school, in Mogadishu.

Farhan Haq, the deputy spokesman for the secretary-general, released a statement requesting that Somali authorities bring those responsible to justice.According to the statement, the secretary-general expressed solidarity with Somalias government and people in their fight against terror and violent extremism.
