New Delhi, Aug 28 : Real estate firm Supertech with a multi-crore residential project -the twin towers were destroyed in Noidas Sectors 93-A.
the directions of the Supreme Court on Sunday said that the building plans, which included twin towers had been approved by Noida Authority in 2009.

The plans for the construction of the Project comprising the two towers were endorsed by the Noida Authority in 2009 which was in the spirit with the current Building Bye laws announced by the state government," said the builder in an announcement.The Supertech claimed that there was no deviation from the design and that the building was built after the Authority had paid all the money due to the Authority "However the Honourable Supreme Court has not found the construction to be satisfactory in terms of technical merit and has issued orders to tear down the towers.
We respect the decisions of the Apex Court and are committed to follow through with the same," said the Supertech.The builder also stated they have made delivery of more than 70,000 units to homeowners and have committed to provide delivery of the remaining units according to the time frame of delivery "We are done and provided the delivery of over 70,000 units to homeowners and we are obligated to provide delivery to the remaining home buyers according to time frames," it said in the statement "We assure all prospective buyers of our homes that the decision of the Supreme Court will not affect any other ongoing projects and the other projects will continue and we will complete construction and delivery of the flats to allottees in accordance with the schedule date," read the statement further.
The twin towers Apex (32 floors) and Ceyane (29 floors) Apex (32 floors) and Ceyane (29 floors) were in construction from 2009 within the Supertech Emerald Court society in Sector 93-A of Noida.The towers were destroyed on Sunday.avr/pgh .
