Telugu film unit went missing in Nepal

A massive earthquake struck Nepal on Saturday morning with tremors felt in Delhi and the entire northern region of India.The earthquake has caused serious damage, in terms of loss in property and lives, with 150 people reported dead.

As per reports a Telugu Cinema Vetakaram.com unit members have been in Nepal for shooting are caught in earthquake.

The film unit was there to shoot major portions and they went missing after the earthquake.The unit consists of total 20 members and the film is directed by Veerendar Reddy.

Other side at least 28 Hyderbadis are reported missing in quake-hit Nepal.Their last calls were from Kathmandu.

Relatives of the tourists are worried and are requesting government to bring their kin back safely.The United States Geological Survey (USGS) upgraded the intensity from 7.5 to 7.9 on the Richter scale.Residents of Katmandu ran into the streets and other open spaces as buildings fell, throwing up clouds of dust, and wide cracks opened on paved streets and the walls of city buildings.
