New Delhi, Nov 26th : TechEagle, a domestic start-up, announced Friday that it had delivered life-saving drugs to 25km in less than 25 minutes using its hybrid eVTOL drone.
The project aims at digitizing the healthcare supply chain by connecting districts hospitals to Primary Health Centres (PHCs)/Community Health Centress (CHCs) "Aerial routes offer the best way to reach remote areas in hilly northeastern terrains."Today, we are proud that TechEagle’s made in India Hybrid e–VTOL is solving grassroot issues faced by citizens living within remote areas," Vikram Singh Meena, TechEagle founder and CEO, stated in a statement "We have reduced the delivery time from 4 hours down to 25 minutes.
He said that e-VTOL drone technology will have a significant impact on healthcare in remote areas of the world.Drone flew 25km at 90kmph speed to reach Maweit PHC in Meghalaya from Nongstoin District Hospital.
