Patna 22 August : Aspirants to be teachers took part in a massive protests in Patna on Monday in addition to the problems of the Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav.
The protesters, who had took the CTET and STET were demanding that the new government release a notification regarding the seventh stage of recruitment.

Since job creation is a key election pledge for Tejashwi Yadav and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who announced 10 lakh jobs and 10 lakh job opportunities in Gandhi Maidan on Independence Day The expectations are high right now.

The protesters gathered at the Dak Bunglow Chowk to protest against the government, with some accusing Tejashwi Yadav of not being different from other leaders and parties, claiming that he was a candidate for the job during the time he was an opposition leader, and he has refused to do so since his election to the presidency.

Police executed a baton attack on protesters, resulting in many injured.

Patna ADM and duty magistrate K.K.Singh also allegedly struck an agitator who was waving the flag of the country with a baton over the hips, which is an offense.

In the meantime, Tejashwi Yadav said that applicants for jobs must wait a couple of days, as the hiring process is set to begin soon.

“We are an administration of poor people, and unemployment is among of the main priorities for us.I would like to urge all young people to show patience for just a few days.various departments, including Education are being instructed to develop a policy for selection.

Job seekers for teachers are in contact with me daily.They don’t need to be agitated.

“I was the one who pushed for the idea of recruiting and it’s one of the most important things we do.It’s on our list.the process of recruiting will begin soon,” he said.

Concerning the action of the ADM, Tejashwi Yadav said: “I saw an officer hit an agitator, who was waving the flag of the nation.It’s extremely unfortunate and hurtful.I have contacted the Patna DM and asked him to form a team to examine the incident and to take appropriate action against the police officer.”

The ADM could be in serious trouble following the incident in which he hit the flag-worshipping protester.If he is found guilty of the offence, in accordance with the law against insults to the flag of the nation, he should go to prison for three years, and then be fined.

Singh who was appointed as the duty magistrate in Dak Bunglow Chowk on Monday to watch over protesters, has been requested by an inquiry committee to explain in what circumstances he was the one to initiate the baton charge.
