Secunderabad, Nov 13 : The South Central Railway (SCR) zone has diverted five trains due railways tracks doubling works.
“In order to facilitate non-interlocking works related to doubling of track and yard remodelling between Nallapadu – Perecherla stations on Guntur – Guntakal sectionsnewly announced special trains are diverted,” said a railway zone official.
The diverted trains include Howrah – Secunderabad; Secunderabad – Howrah; Thiruvananthapuram – Secunderabad; Secunderabad – Thiruvananthapuram and Secunderabad – Guwahati.
Other than the Secunderabad – Guwahati train’s weekly frequency, all others are daily specials.
Vijayawada, Kazipet, Secunderabad and Tenali will come in the diverted paths of the respective trains
