Son kills his father to get his property; he tries to frame his stepmother

A week after the murder in Dharmuwala village, Badhapur police circle, a victims son was arrested and two accomplices were sent to jailPolice say that Preetam Singh, victim in Preetams second marriage eight month ago, and his intention to take his son (the accused), from the property and transfer it into his new wifes name were the reasons behind the murder.

The victims first wife died three years earlier.Dharamveer Singh (Bijnor Superintendent of Police) told reporters that Kailash Singh was afraid his father would take away his share of the property.

Preetam was beaten to death by him using an iron tool.He then filed a police complaint against Bachhali Devi, his stepmother.

According to the SP, Preetams head was covered in injuries and found in his room.The killers were identified as Kailash, his brother in law Sandeep Kumar, and Sudhansu.
