Simbu’s Friday release of ‘Maanaadu’ is not being delayed

Chennai, Nov 24, : Venkat Prabhus eagerly awaited "Maanaadu" will be released on Friday, November 25, with Silambarasan (aka Simbu), playing the lead role.

"There is no question about postponement ever again," a source confirmed, confirming that the film will be released according to the original plan.

Suresh Kamatchi (the films producer) sent out a tweet Wednesday evening announcing that the release had been delayed.He said that a creative project was the culmination many dreams and that he was still waiting for it to be delivered.

He said that it was with great pain that he had to announce his postponement of the films release "I will announce the release day later.Kamatchi said that he deeply regretted the difficulties caused.

Simbu fans were shocked to hear the news, but it was temporary.All payment issues had been resolved by Wednesday night.
