After BCB grants Shakib leave, he leaves New Zealand to go on a tour with Shakib

Dhaka, Dec 6, : Bangladeshs all-rounder Shakib al Hasan has withdrawn from the New Zealand tour citing personal reasons.The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), said Monday .

BCB president Nazmul Hazmul Hassan confirmed that Shakib was granted a leave.He will be unable to play in two Tests against New Zealand, which are part of ICC Test Championship ." We have accepted his request.We have said for a while that we dont object to a player taking a break or rest.However, it must be done in writing.
