Post the debacle of Aanand.L.Rai’s 2018 film ‘Zero’, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan went on a break and it has been almost two years that the actor hasn’t announced his next film.Recently there was news that SRK has signed three films – ‘Pathan’ with Siddharth Anand, a social drama with Rajkumar Hirani, and a commercial potboiler with south filmmaker Atlee. Now the latest update is that Shah Rukh will be seen in dual roles in his film with Atlee.The actor reportedly will star as an investigating officer from a top Indian agency and most wanted criminal.
It is also bein said that the story revolves around these two characters, their confrontation, and conflicts.Deepika Padukone is said to be seen as the female lead in the film. The project is tentatively titled ‘Sanki’.Atlee who previously helmed ‘Bigil’, ‘Mersel’, ‘Theri’, all three projects with Tamil Star actor Thalapathy Vijay, is currently working with Karan Johar’s team of writers to develop the script.
The pre-production is also said to be in its last stage and the official announcement of the movie will come out soon.Stay tuned!
