Setback to KCR, Babu Happy

Today Supreme Court has given strict orders to AP and Telangana over counseling of EAMCET to obey with state division laws.

Earlier KCR objected fee reimbursement for Andhra students and declared 1956 is cut-off date for any such benefits for their domicile.

Andhra Pradesh who taken this issue in SC received today an intermediate justice to continue with counseling with existing laws.It suggested both the parties should respect state division laws in peaceful manner to protect rights of people.

KCR who objected earlier this by giving a declaration on fee reimbursement cut off as 1956 given big blow in normal people.Sources considering this is a big setback to KCR on this issue.

SC suggested both the state should complete counseling by August 31 and ordered classes should be started in September 1st week.
