Saff U-19 Women’s C’ship: Coach Ambrose Wants To Ensure That All Players Have Equal Opportunity,

Dhaka (12/12/2012) – Alex Ambrose, the head coach of Indian women’s volleyball, stated that his goal is to provide equal opportunity for all players in this tournament.
We will give all the players an opportunity to participate in tournaments such as these and show them the value of developing through play.

Coach Ambrose stated that all teams were equally competitive, and that they need to put in a lot of effort to win the tournament.

There is no pressure placed on players.

He said that they just wanted them to enjoy football, perform well and win a championship.

The coach expressed his excitement about a competition tournament and said that they had a young team with eleven members who played in the SAFF U-15 Championship winning U-15 Team.

Ambrose expressed his opinions on the development of the football’s youth system and the importance it has for players.He said that “developing the player is more important than winning the match in youth tournaments.”
