He added that patients with cardiovascular problems may also experience a surge in levels of blood pressure.The best method to avoid the problem is to begin the medication as soon as symptoms begin, he said "They have employed the method of water sprinkling in order to eliminate the dust that is mixed in the air.The residents of the neighboring community could employ their own method of water sprinklers.They can also utilize the air purifier in the house to avoid issues," he told IANS "Persons with COPD as well as other respiratory illnesses in the surrounding areas should wear the N-95 mask when walking outside to avoid dust and problems," said Harish Salve Additional Professor at the Centre for Community medicine at Delhi AIIMS.The demolition has resulted in greater levels of pollution being mixed in the environment, which will take another 10 to 15 days to settle and could have an immediate impact on PM-2.5 Salve, said Salve and added that those who suffer from asthma or other respiratory ailments are at risk of an increase in the severity of the issues.avr/pgh .
