By Santosh Kumar Pathak New Delhi, Dec 8, 2008 : Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yoav reacted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Lal Topi” comment Wednesday, stating that the colour of Modi’s cap had reached Delhi and thus panic has engulfed the ranks and file of the BJP.
Akhilesh Yadav spoke with IANS about a variety of issues, including the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections due in the early part of next year.
Q.Q.What is your reaction to this statement by Prime Minister Modi?
A.The colour red symbolizes revolution, change.
This is also the colour that expresses emotions.BJP doesn’t understand sentiments.
Red is the most vibrant color and warns the party at power to be cautious.Uttar Pradesh’s people want a change.
Lal Topi’s brightness has reached Delhi and the language of BJP has changed to fit their panicky mood.There will be changes in the state.
