Putin and Biden will speak Thursday at the Kremlin

Moscow, December 30, : The Kremlin confirmed that the Russian President Vladimir Putin will be calling Joe Biden, his American counterpart, on Thursday.

Putin and Biden met by videolink on December 7, with their eyes on Ukraine.Following the negotiations, Russia submitted a draft agreement for NATO and a treaty draft to the USA on European security guarantees.

In June, Putin and Biden met face-to-face in Geneva.They did not achieve any breakthroughs in bilateral relations.
