Puducherry govt hoodwinking people on statehood: Narayanasamy

Puducherry : Jan 1, 2007: Former Chief Minister of Puducherry and senior Congress leader, V.Narayanasamy, lashed out against the NDA government in union territory, claiming that they are hoodwinking the people with promises to statehood.
