Prayagraj, UP, Nov 26 : , Congress General Secretary Priyanka Buddha Vadra met Friday with the family members Phool Chand Pai, who was killed along with his wife, son, and daughter on Thursday. Priyanka Gandhi was told by family members that the police were putting off the investigation and that some village leaders were responsible for the crime.
Later, Priyanka spoke to mediapersons and said that the incident was another example of the poor law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh.
“This government is systematically targeting the poor and weaker sections of society, and today is Constitution Day.” She said that her party and I will stand with the family in this fight for justice and support them in any way we can.”
