Pragya Kapoor makes ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ India’s first zero-waste film

Mumbai, Nov 30, : Pragya Kaplan, the producer of "Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui", is well-known for her advocacy of the cause of eco conservation.

She has made the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer Indias first zero-waste feature filmPragya teamed up with Skarp, which specializes in helping organisations adopt sustainable waste solutions to reduce wastage.

The producer shed light on the matter, saying, "A film shoot produces an extraordinary amount of waste and its important that I cover as many ground as possible with my work as an environmentalist." She says, "I cannot be contributing to other areas and turning a blindeye to the ecological harms that are caused by the making a film.
