Police Arrests Congress Leader MP Komatireddy

Police on Wednesday made house arrests of key leaders of the Congress party.

The decision has taken the police to arise when the Congress calls for protest shows.

Several leaders, including TPCC chief Revanth Reddy, Bhuvanagiri MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, former ministers Shabbir Ali and Jeevan Reddy, were arrested by the police.Police are making house arrests of Congress leaders and DCC presidents.Some are being shifted to police stations.

The Congress party on Tuesday lodged a complaint with the police protesting the remarks made by the Assam CM against top Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.However, the police did not respond to this.
