Pinarayi Vijayan speaks about “federalism” in the course of his I-Day speech

Thiruvananthapuram 15 August : Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday used his Independence Day speech to state that the entire nature of the country is based around the fundamentals of federalism.
