The Delhi High Court and district courts resumed their physical hearings Monday while still allowing parties the option of videoconferencingThe latest Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) states that no party in person litigant who has been represented by a lawyer would be allowed entry, unless there was a direction.

According to the SOP, no one shall be permitted to have symptoms such as flu, fever or cough.Advocates, party-in person and registered clerks over 65 and people with comorbidities can refrain from appearing before courts.

The protocol stated that anyone with symptoms such as flu, fever or cough will not be allowed to enter the court complex.It also directed that once the matter is over, the advocate/party-in-person shall immediately leave from the designated exit point.
