Chattogram, Nov 28, : Vernon Philander is a former South Africa quick and is currently on tour with Pakistan as a bowling consultant.He will be leaving the squad bubble here to fly back to his homeland as soon as Monday, the fourth day, of the ongoing Test match.
This is due to worsening flight operations because of the new Covid variant. Philander was supposed to depart for South Africa at end of the first two Tests.
However, a PCB media statement stated at Sunday’s end that he had to change his plans due to the evolving Covid-19 situation.An Espncricinfo report stated that.
