New Delhi, Nov 28, : In response to the BJP’s spectacular performance in Tripura civic election which took place on November 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the people of the state sent a clear message that their preference is for politics of good governance. Modi stated in a series tweets that: “The people from Tripura have sent a clear message – they prefer politics of good government.” I want to thank them for their unwavering support of @BJP4Tripura.These blessings give us more strength to work for Tripura’s welfare.
According to the Prime Minister, the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Biplab De was at the forefront many initiatives which were duly blessed by the people.
“I would like the @BJP4Tripura Karyakartas to be commended for their tireless work on the ground and dedication in serving people.
Modi stated that the State Government, under the leadership of Shri Biplab Ji, has been at forefront of many initiatives, which have been duly blessed by the people.
Chief JP Nadda of Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP, also congratulated party workers and chief minister as well as Manik Saha, party state unit president, for their thumping victory.
“BJP’s victory at Tripura local body elections is a victory for nationalist forces and development thinking.Nadda tweeted that the people of the state have imposed their stamp on the politics for development by rejecting disruptive forces, those engaging in violence and controversy, and those who insult Tripura.
“Prime Minister Modi not only unites the Northeast, but has also started a new era in development by establishing peace and freeing it from violence and extremism.He expressed his gratitude to the people of state for their faith and continued blessings.
