Chief of Pakistani Army stresses coordination in efforts to economic uplift Afghans

Islamabad, December 1, : Pakistans Chief Of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Baswa, called for coordinated efforts to lift the people of Afghanistan.

This was stated in an Army statementBajwa met with Major General Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Saud Al Khalifa in Rawalpindi, Pakistans east Punjab region.

He stressed the need for global convergence on Afghanistan to ensure regional peace and stability.According to the statement from the militarys media wing Inter-Services Public Relations, the meeting covered matters of mutual interest, current security in Afghanistan, and bilateral cooperation.
