Hasan Ali, Pak pacer was reprimanded after he violated the ICC Code of Conduct

Dubai, November 20 : Pakistans pace bowler Hasan Ali was reprimanded on Saturday for violating Level 1 of ICC Code of Conduct in the T20I against Bangladesh that took place in Dhaka on Nov 18Hasan Ali was found guilty of violating Article 2.

5 of the ICC Code of Conduct of Players and Player Support personnel.

This refers to using language, actions, or gestures that disparage or could provoke aggressive reactions from a batter on his/her dismissal in an international match.One demerit point was also added to Hasan Alis disciplinary record.

This was Hasan Alis first offense in 24 months.It happened in 17th over Bangladeshs innings.

After dismissing Nurul Hasan behind the wicket, the Pakistan pace-bower made an unprofessional send off to Nurul Hasan.After time allowances had been taken into account, the Bangladesh team was also fined 20% of their match fees.Article 2.22 of ICC Code of Conduct For Players and Player Support personnel, which relates a minimum over-rate offense, states that players can be fined 20% of match fees for each over they fail to bowl within the time limit "Hasan, Bangladeshs captain Mahmudullah acknowledged the offenses and agreed to the sanctions suggested by Neeyamur Rashid of Emirates ICC International Panel of Match Referees.The sanction was ratified and ratified as per COVID-19 interim playing rules by the ICC Cricket Operations Department.

In a statement, the ICC stated that there was no need to hold formal hearings.The charges were levelled by the on-field umpires Sharfudoulla Ibne Shahid, Masudur Rahman and Gazi Sohel (third umpire Gazi) and Tanvir Ahmed (4th official).
