New Delhi, Nov 27, : India has operated 395 air routes as part of the Regional Connectivity Scheme Ude Ka Aam Nagrik or RCS–Udan.
This statement was made just a day after domestic flight operations began at the newly-inaugurated Kushinagar Airport, Uttar Pradesh.The first flight operated between Delhi and Kushinagar as part of RCS-UDAN.
The statement stated that "The operation of this route was initiated in accordance with the perseverance of both the Ministry of Civil Aviation (AAI), to enable the country with better air connectivity through the UDAN scheme." Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Kushinagar International Airport in October 2021.
Kushinagar, an international Buddhist pilgrimage center, is located in India.According to the statement, "The operationalization of the Kushinagar Airport will connect this region directly with national and global pilgrims and visitors.
" In association with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Airports Authority of India developed Kushinagar Airport.It has a new terminal building.
During peak hours, the new terminal can accommodate 300 passengers.SpiceJet was granted the Kushinagar to Delhi route under the RCS UDAN 4.0.rv/ar #RCSUdan #flights #Delhi.
