Kaushal Kishore, Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, told IANS that Dr.Ambedkar was not liked by the Congress party.According to the saffron party, boycotting the "Constitution Day Celebration" is another example of insulting institutions, inflicting the Constitution, and insulting Dr.Ambedkar "Opposing Constitution Day is like opposing it and it shows that they dont believe in the Constitution." Its not about Dalit; it is about all citizens.
