Bollywood is difficult says Thaman

Souths noted musician Thaman, who is renowned for his jazz kinda instrumental usage says that its not that easy to work in Bollywood.

At the same time, he says that its difficult for Mumbai based musician to work in south.

" I think working in Bollywood is difficult because the directors there need to understand south Indian music directors and vice-versa.In the south, we have a good understanding of how we all work and its easy.

But in Mumbai, its very different and for a music director from here to get to that level of understanding and to deliver what is required is tough.I think this is why its not easy for south Indian music directors to make in-roads into Bollywood easily." Thaman quotes.

The musicians latest flicks, Sher and Akhil are all set to hit Telugu screens in coming 15 days.
