Nitish Kumar skips Niti Aayog’s meeting

Patna 7 August : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar skipped on Sunday the crucial seventh meeting of the governing council of NITI Aayog.

Sources suggest that Nitish Kumar opted out of the meeting because he recently recovered from a Covid infection.Recently the gap between BJP and JD(U) appears to be growing.

Sources suggest that Nitish Kumar isnt pleased with the partys Prawas program in 200 assembly constituencies of BiharSources claim that sources say that the BJP wanted to spread the message that it will contest all 243 Assembly seats in future electionsIn response to the question, JD(U) national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh also stated that the JD(U) party is working on the 243 seats.In the past Nitish Kumar was adamant about the basis on which Niti Aayog assessed the development efforts of an individual state.
