Patna 6 Sep : The Bihar government is planning to set up factories for the manufacture of bangles where the confiscated alcohol bottles will be utilized The state BJP on Tuesday claimed the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will allow smuggling of liquor to continue to supply the material that is used forSanjay Jaiswal, state BJP chief , said, "Nitish Kumar and excise department will approve nine out of 10 liquor consignments , and theyll take one consignment in order to obtain the raw materials needed for the bangles manufacturing factory.
This is the reality of Bihar where the authorities allow smuggling of liquor to occur in Bihar," Jaiswal said.
The department of excise under the new policy has decided to set up factories for manufacturing bangles where the liquor bottles confiscated are used for raw material "During the NDA government in the state for the first time, the ministry of industry was with us.We set up three ethanol plant.The result was that the cost of maize increased from 1,400 to 2100 rupees per quintal.
In the time that JD(U) was in charge of the portfolio of the ministry of industry, no single industry was set up in the area," Jaiswal said.Nitish Kumar is on a two-day trip to Delhi and he is meeting opposition leaders in order to form an alliance in opposition to the BJP."I would like to suggest that If he is able to work effectively in Bihar the next time he could gain 50 seats in the country," Jaiswal said while responding to Kumars remarks that the BJP will reduce to 50 seats in the coming Lok Sabha polls.ajk/dp.
