The CBI said in the affidavit that a lookout circular was issued on November 1 by the Home Ministry for Punch Prabhakar, who had repeatedly posted videos insulting judges.
The CBI said that his address was sent by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) in the United States through a blue notice issued by INTERPOL.The CBI, which has issued a non-bailable warrant for the arrest of Punch Prabhakar on November 8, is reportedly making arrangements for his arrest.
