Dravid, after India’s win in the 3-0 series against NZ: We need to stay on the ground

Kolkata, November 22, : After Indias comprehensive win over New Zealand in the 3-0 series, Rahul Dravid, head coach, said that he was impressed by his teams performances but that they need to stay on the ground.

He also stressed the importance of being realistic and accepting the resultRohit Sharmas remarkable fifty, and Axar Patels clinical bowling (3/9) led India to victory by 73 runs over New Zealand.

This result gave India a clean sweep of the series at Eden Gardens.After the victory, Team Indias head coach stated that New Zealand arrived in India right after the World Cup final defeat and it was difficult for them to have back-to-back games.It was an excellent series win.The series was a great success for everyone.Its a great feeling to begin well.However, we are realistic.

It is important to remain grounded and realistic in our expectations of this victory.It was not easy for NZ, who had to face a World Cup final before coming back three days later and playing three matches in six days.
