Minister: More than 5K teachers in Kerala have yet to receive the Covid vaccine

Thiruvananthapuram : V.Sivankutty, Kerala Education Minister, stated Sunday that more than 5,000 teachers in the state are still not inoculated.

He stated that this cannot be justified and that the government is committed to protecting childrens healthHe spoke to media personnel at the state capital, and stated that the government doesnt have exact information about the number of teachers who havent received the vaccines.

Opposition parties have criticized the statement of P.K., a former president of the state and a former executive member of BJP National, and minister.Krishnadas, speaking to IANS, stated that the state education department did not have data about the number of teachers who were not inoculated "How is it possible that the government is still not aware of such a critical matter?"
