Missing teen discovered dead in a field, UP District

Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh : A teenager who ran away after her parents had scoffed her on a trivial matter was discovered hanging from a tree by police in a sugarcane fieldsDharamveer Singh, Bijnor Superintendent of Police (SP), said the girl was around 17 or 18 years old.

Dharamveer Sing, Bijnor Superintendent Of Police (SP), stated that the girl was about 17-18 years of age.A missing complaint was lodged by her parents at the Nagina police station on Sunday night and her body was found on Monday.Her parents filed a missing report at Naginas police station Sunday night.

The body of her was discovered on Monday.Her family claimed that she had taken some jewellery and cash with her.According to her family, she was carrying cash and jewellery.However, nothing was found at the spot, the SP said.

The SP stated that nothing had been found.Police are questioning family members to ascertain the cause of the tiff that made the girl run away.

To determine the reason for the girls disappearance, police are interviewing her family.Her body has been sent for an autopsy to the district hospital, Singh added.
