Minority Commission In Telangana

Today Telangana government announced that it preparing to setup a minority commission to implement the development activities for minorities.

Earlier to this Telangana government proposed 12 percent reservations for Muslims during the assembly elections.

In addition to that it committed to prepare the development plans for them.Considering the promises KCR is agreed to setup commission .Commission will be responsible to regulate the rules and regulations applicable for minorities and try to resolve the legacy issues.The main aim of the Commission is to facilitate minorities with required services at their step to get them financially equal to other communities in the state.

There will be separate allocation will be provided during the budget which will be used as grants towards minority development activities.
