Clear skies, poor air quality in Delhi-NCR

Delhi-NCR woke to a mostly clear sky with an overall Air Quality Index of (AQI) 384 and a minimum temperature likely to hover around 10 degrees celsiusAccording to India Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature for the day will be 27 degrees Celsius.

The maximum and minimum temperatures for the week will hover around 27 and 10 degrees celsius respectively, with foggy mornings.At 8.30 a.m., the relative humidity was at 95%.According to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research, the citys air quality is very poor.An AQI of between zero and 50 and considered good.51 and 100 are considered satisfactory, 101 to 200satisfactory, 101 and 200?moderate, 101 and 201satisfactory, 201 and 300?poor, 301, 400very poor and 401 is considered asevere "Most nights, there are either calm or slow winds that night which make it difficult to disperse pollutants effectively.Although the air quality is expected to improve marginally, it remains at the upper end of very poor category on November 27-28.
