Recently, one of his fans of mahesh expressed his dissatisfaction for mahesh not being selected for the nominations of CineMAA awards.However, mahesh maybe the happy man after knowing the news that he too was nominated for best actor award for Idea 60th Film Fare Awards.

Apart from mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan for Gabbar Singh, Ram Charan for Rachcha, Nagarjuna for Dhamarukam and Nitin for Ishq have been nominated for the awards.Meanwhile, Gabbar Singh, Businessman, Eega, Julayi and Rachcha were nominated for best film award.
