Mithila Palkar is very famous over the internet and is called the curly-haired beauty.She shot to fame with her role as Kavya, in the popular web series ‘Little Things’ which aired on Youtube and then was purchased by Netflix for further seasons.
She then leaped from the series pool to the Hindi film industry with the film ‘Karwaan’ three years ago.She is popular for her work in the movies such as ‘Katti Batti’, ‘Muramba’ and she was recently seen in the Netflix film ‘Tribhanga’ with Kajol. She is now all ready to make her debut in the Telugu film industry.The upcoming yet-untitled remake of Tamil romantic comedy, ‘Oh My Kadavule’ has been finalized and she will be playing the female lead in this film.
Vishwak Sen is on the board to play the male lead role.According to the latest update, Mithila has joined the sets recently in Hyderabad.
Mithila will be stepping into the shoes of Ritika Singh’s role in ‘Oh My Kadavule’.
The film revolves around a married guy who falls in love with another woman and gets a chance to save his marriage from God.This project is being bankrolled by PVP Cinema and Sri Venkateswara Creations while PVP has bought the remake rights of the original film long back.Ashwin Marimuthu, the original’s director, is also directing the Telugu version.
The film was launched a few weeks back in presence of the crew members and Vishwak’s bestie Tharun Bhascker Dhassyam is writing the dialogues of the film.Stay tuned for more updates!
